If you have recently broken up with your ex, it can be a tough pill to swallow. This is especially true if you still have feelings for him/her. When the relationship ends, you might feel helpless and act purely based on emotion. This is actually the worst thing you can do and it will not help your chances. Instead, the best thing you can do if you want to win back ex is to think clearly and use your head to dictate your actions.
The worst thing you can do when your significant other breaks up with you is to call them continuously. Sure, your heart will tell you to do it, but your heart is doing you a disservice. Calling your ex every day saying “I miss you so bad please take me back” only make you look needy, which shows weakness. Your ex is not going to want to take a weak person back. The best thing you can do is stop calling altogether, at least for a few days while you get your thinking straight.
